Live Production Technician

About Me

A quick introduction to the person behind the console.

I'm Mason Hintz, a live production technician and theater technology student who spends most of my time behind consoles, in booths, and under pressure. I work across lighting, audio, show control, and video — programming ETC Eos desks, building QLab playback and sound systems, and running OBS and ProPresenter workflows for live and streamed events.

I like productions where every department clicks. Whether I'm programming cues, mixing FOH, or troubleshooting mid-show, I focus on clean execution, clear communication, and making the creative vision actually happen on stage.

I'm always sharpening my skills in live event production and system design, with my sights set on professional theater and live entertainment.
